Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes. Dave and our engineers are fully Gas Safe registered, so you can have complete confidence with any work on boilers, gas fires or central heating. We're always happy to show our Gas Safe ID card when we arrive.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

Do you cover the Wirral?

Yes. Alongside Liverpool, we regularly cover the Wirral, Southport, St Helens, Knowsley, Bootle, Crosby, Formby and Maghull. If you're just outside these areas, give us a call - we may still be able to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the work and we'll always give you a clear, itemised invoice.

Do you offer fixed prices?

Wherever possible, yes. For most jobs - boiler servicing, bathroom installs, general repairs - we'll agree a fixed price before we start. For emergency call-outs we'll give you a price range up front and confirm the exact cost once we've seen the problem.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. All of our work is fully guaranteed, and we stand behind every job we do. If something isn't right after we've left, just get in touch and we'll come back and put it right - that's part of the service, not an extra.

Will I get a quote before you start any work?

Always. We'll never start work, or add to a job, without agreeing the price with you first. If we spot something else that needs doing while we're there, we'll explain it, give you a price, and it's entirely your call whether to go ahead.

Do you work weekends?

Yes. We carry out booked jobs on Saturdays, and our emergency line on 07700 000000 is open seven days a week, including Sundays and bank holidays, for genuine emergencies.
